There have been many times that I have had to pre-qualify my new customers before I would go out or send my employees out to give a bid or do work. Sometimes customers just do not understand what the cost will be for services we offer. So it is important that prior to wasting any one’s time an owner must pre-qualify them. You can ask questions and explain to them what a job will take and an pre-estimate for the work. In a way what you are doing is educating your potential or existing customer on what the process and costs would be to do the job that they are asking to be done. Usually at this point you can tell if they are willing and able to pay for the services they are asking for. If you have any doubts go with your first instinct. RUN……….
