Have you ever thought that customers just don’t seem to listen sometimes? I can’t tell you how many times I feel like I repeat myself to a customer and they still don’t listen. I answered the phone today at the office and listened to what the customer had to say and then politely said “well I understand the situation but you signed the contract and agreed to the service, you can’t just change your mind when we are almost done.” They could not believe that I said this and replied with “well I was never told it would be this much to do all of this and I was not aware that I could not change my mind!”
Okay first of all did they not listen to what I just said and did they fail to listen to the service tech when he explained everything to them and they signed on the dotted line that they agreed? How do you not know what you are agreeing to, it’s not the businesses fault you didn’t listen. That is why we have contracts so it is an agreement between the both of us for the business to do the work and the customer to pay for the work done. If you don’t plan on listening to us in the first place then it’s definitely not our problem, it’s yours.
