As a business owner it’s important to us to respect our customers and provide them with great service no matter how many out there disagree with that statement.  The best customers are business owners because they know exactly what it’s like dealing with customers and their complaints.  With respecting your customers you still have to protect your business at the same time too.  Don’t be fooled by customers and let them run you into the ground.
