How can you sell a bad customer? Relish in them. Learn from them. They are priceless.
By the way, due to not a 'bad customer”, but rather bad economy (MINE) I have shut the doors of Hang-Ups custom Window Coverings. This was a VERY valuable resource. Use it. Value each of your customers as if they were your last, or they just may be.
Hey Rick! Yes, this is true. Value your customers because they are your bread and butter and thank goodness for the good ones! What we mean by “sale a bad customer” is simply to not be afraid of firing customers you just cannot please and send them to your competitor. Very sorry to hear about the closing of your business! Keep trucking, sometimes doors shut but lead to another great thing!
