Recognizing Good Customer Service

We came across this article on Boston.com that highlights the company contractor, Thomas V. Gadbois & Sons of Oxford and their continuation to have good customer service. A lady that had them do work at her house over 6 years ago had damage from recent ice storm. She called them out there to fix a few things and Thomas didn’t charge her a penny. The Christmas Story Bullies

Okay you know the movie “A Christmas Story?” If you don’t then you seriously must live in a cave or in another world…Do you remember the 2 bullies that hassle Ralphie throughout the movie?

These 2 bullies are like your customers that need to be fired. They keep coming back to you giving you a hard time while you sit there and let them walk all over you.

Notice what Ralphie did in the movie? He had enough of it and went after the bully and repeatedly hit him over and over. You may feel like this at times but it’s not the right solution by any means.

The right solution is Business Beware. Tell your side of the story. Customers don’t like being placed on the site but maybe next time they will think again about being a bully.

The Ever Slow Paying Customer

Hello amazing people! We just had this testimonial come in today from a new member of ours – Keith Sanchez about using our “beware letter.”

“A customer of mine owed our business a total of $3200 after a project we did for him over a year ago. We were about to write him off and not try to collect from him because we never could get ahold of him. I stumbled across Business Beware and wanted to give their beware letter a try.
